Now, he brings to *Picón* his knowledge, experience, and passion for cooking in a personal project launched alongside Carlos Gómez, our Head of Service and wine enthusiast, oversees a carefully curated selection of over 100 wine labels, focusing on a boutique cellar featuring emerging young winemakers and grounded in a strong foundation of Andalusian wines.
The third peak of this professional triangle that forms Picón belongs to José María Lozano, seasoned veteran of Granada’s hospitality scene, brings the warmth and charisma of a consummate waiter who will make you feel right at home at all times.
Together with the rest of our team, we strive to make our project a benchmark in Granada’s gastronomic scene—a place that feels like coming home. Something crafted with love and deep respect for hospitality and cuisine rooted in tradition.
